Service Description: Reports from Coastal Environments Inc. covering many areas of southeast Louisiana.
Multiple layers from the comprehensive and important 2003 and 2005 reports are included. Note that Gagliano salt domes are listed only here, and not duplicated in the Salt Dome section of DOTD/LTRC Reference Layers. While regional trends are well-defined, local application of fault traces are subject to scale and depth uncertainty and comparison to the georeferenced jpg file and original reports is recommended. Caution should be used in applying specific fault traces without further surface and subsurface work. Data layer names indicate contents- direction, salt dome or transverse lineations.
