Description: These Incorporated Boundaries were originally developed by the U.S. Census and pulled from their REST service (https://tigerweb.geo.census.gov/arcgis/rest/services/TIGERweb/Places_CouSub_ConCity_SubMCD/MapServer/4). An ETL process was used to extract code descriptions per the U.S. Census lastest Data Dictionary (https://www.census.gov/prod/cen2010/doc/nsfrd.pdf). This service was value-added to by incoprorating Parish and DOTD District info for each incorporated area.
